You got the two finalists right and I would be quite surprised if you don't get the champion right as well. Well done!

2 top ten seeds made it to the quarters. TWO! This is an abysmal result.

why are the updates so slow? the mens and womens draws were complete on Sat. with Sun. off, and still completed matches weren't filled in. I don't get it

Good Job so far. Halep may beat Gauff. I actually have money on Gauff to win it all at 25000 to 1 . 6600 just to get in the quarters. She must beat Halep and Yastremka. Hoping for a Konta Gauff Final.

Amazing similarities. Only one difference in today's pics. I picked Sinaikova you Konta. All others identical. But I have pickefd better in the demi's and finals where the points really count. Lol lol GOOD LUCK.

Completely agree about Vekic, Sabalenka, Vondrousova, and Kenin, that was unpredictable and got me fooled as well. But Sharapova, Muguruza, and V. Williams, even though they've won in the past, now they're far from their best form. Muguruza might come back, being still young, but the other two, I don't think so. I wouldn't put them going farther than round 3 from now on; their best days are far behind them.

Sharapova, Muguruza, and V. Williams all out in the first round and all former Wimbledon champions. Vekic, Sabalenka, Vondrousova, and Kenin all had good to great results just prior to Wimbledon. They’re all out. There was no way to predict any of this.

I’ve been watching tennis for the better part of 20 years. I was always a bigger fan of the women’s side, then the men’s until just recently. In those 20 years, I have never seen such a chaotic, unpredictable 2 years in women’s tennis. It’s gone from hoping this is a transition of old blood to new blood to who’s going to melt down and flame out next. It’s not fun to watch and it’s impossible to predict. That’s my opinion.

I'm not calling it a bust just yet but man there have been some surprises this championship.

You should spell out the Pliskova sisters. I had them mixed up for my picks.

Take a look at the likes of J-Cap, or Sharapova for example...both turning pro at 14 and both successful early on Maria winning the 2004 Wimbledon after moving to Bradenton, FL from Siberia at the age of 9. Now at 32 & worth $135M she is surrounded by negative controversy every time she tries to compete on the court. Jennifer Capriati is another one but a more sadder story. They all not only seem humble at the first break through year, they are! It's the other thing called Life that is the real test of longevity both on & off the court. Can Gauff learn from their mistakes? TBD

That's your fault there, has nothing to do with the women’s game. Haven't you seen the current form of the players? Watching your other picks it doesn't seem like you recently watch any WTA match. There was no way for Osaka to reach the final considering how she's been on grass, in her whole career. I thought I was being brave when I put her reaching the third round and my risk didn't turn to be a good decision, LOL.

Yeah trouble with the bracket is if you do it left to right, you kinda don't really think about how far that person has gone, just who they're likely to beat. Kerber seems injured and Serena just fresh from injury, hence why i went for it. If I did it right to left I would have probably not gone for Osaka losing first round - her last match was a loss against Yulia on grass so likely to reoccur!

Too bad you took Venus and Martic. Just saying, it's interesting to compare brackets and see how to overcome those ahead of you, after the first round. .you like I picked Osaka to lose, but I kept Halep in there. This is my first rodeo. One big mistake I made was not taking a Riske. Lol

My brackets are busted to hell. I’m not even playing the women’s brackets during the US Open. It’s like closing you’re eyes and tossing a dart in the air hoping to hit a moth flying by. The women’s game is embarrassing right now.

you had Sharapova going that far and actually beating Serena? and on Wimbledon of all places? what were you thinking? Besides that it looks to be a very promising bracket, good luck

Are you saying that everyone who is successful at a young age spirals downward after they get “fame and $$”? Gauff was so impressive yesterday- and she seems so humble

You would think they would put. message out there letting us know why the bracket isn't working. An email or post on the actual website would be helpful.

You have 13 out of 32 seeds making it to R2, 7 to R3, 4 to R4, 3 to the QFs, 2 to the SFs, and 1 winning it all. Just 4 of those 13 seeds in R2 are seeded 10 and under. Did you choose randomly or do you not believe in the top players' chances this year? It certainly would be something if your bracket hit the jackpot. Good luck to you and to all the players contending out on the courts and online in these bracket challenges :)

Berrettini is a force that will slide under the radar because he holds serve more often than just about everyone.

Cori "CoCo" Gauff the youngest qualifier who didn't lose a set in the Q's 3 rounds...she has momentum and youth a deadly combination until she gets fame & $$.

Interesting choices I’ve done on Men’s and Ladies sides. I think I know around half of players on each and like March madness who knows! Good times but no grass courts I know of close.
