My introduction to rock and roll... I was about 12 yrs old and listed to pop radio in the early 80s, such as Michael Jackson or Madonna. One day I was over at a friends house and they popped a tape into the cassette player and "Dream On" by Aerosmith started playing. From that day forward, I became a rock and roll girl in my heart and have never looked back. I might love Tom Petty or Bon Jovi, but I have always been obsessed with Aerosmith!

When I was 14 I listened to my first Rock n Roll Album-It was Dream On-I was hooked all the way and still am. I am now 54 years old and I would love to meet Steven Tyler just once. I lost a brother to addiction and he wrote the lyrics to "Amazing" (my brother)in his last letter to my sister-she didn't get it but I sure did. I was 2 years into my new life when he passed. I have been living happy, joyous, and free for almost 16 years. Aerosmith will always have a special place in my heart. That experience allowed me to have an unspoken forgiveness for the both of us-I understood how my brother felt-he expressed himself in those lyrics and he loved the band.
