How Our Rules Reward Skill

You will be awarded points for every correct pick in inverse proportion to the cumulative odds of your selected teams advancing to that point in the tournament.

Everyone on board?  No additional explanation needed?  OK, fair enough: here's exactly how we're scoring and why.

Note: Do not be alarmed by the fact that the scoring below indicates you will get ZERO points for every correct pick.  Remember, we're using custom scoring, and we'll regularly update everyone via email of the standings.
