This contest is open
only to those who create a valid account , agree to the terms and conditions of this contest, and complete their selections in by Thursday, March 19th,
2009 at 10:00am CDT. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is open to U.S. residents only.
There is a limit of 1
entry per person and any violation of this limit invalidates all entries by
that person. Each entry must be associated with a valid email address and
a natural person. All potential prize winners must provide proof of their
identity if requested by PC Pitstop. The inability or refusal to
provide of proof identity will invalidate the associated entry.
Any attempt by an
entrant to modify an entry (theirs or others) or to use an automated mechanism
such as a bot to participate in this contest is grounds for disqualification
from this contest.
Scoring System and Prizes
PC PITSTOP PRIZE RULES AND
SCORING
The PC Pitstop March Madness contest
is available to the first 5000 participants who complete the sign-up process
and fill out their entire bracket no later than 10:00AM CDT on March 19, 2009
even if the contest sign up form still permits new entrants at a later
time. PC Pitstop. also reserves the right
to halt or suspend entrants at an even earlier time for any reason at its
sole discretion. If a contestant does not provide their valid name,
address, phone number and email address, then they will be not be eligible for
the contest prizes.

The PC
Pitstop Perfect Bracket Contest will be scored solely on the number
of games each participant correctly predicts during the tournament. If
there is a tie between participants, the participant that submitted his/her
completed bracket earliest will be awarded the higher place.
A winning game is
defined as a game in which the participant has correctly predicted the team
winning the game.

Each entrant's final
score will be the sum of all points received throughout the six rounds.
The entrant with the most total points will receive the First Prize,
$500. The entrant with second most points will receive the Second Prize,
$250 and the entrant with the third most points will receive the
Third Prize, a $100. Ties will be broken based the on the following - 1st
Tie Breaker: Total points scored in the Championship game.
If the Tournament is not
completed for any reason, this contest is considered null and void.
Any contestant which
qualifies for a Prize, may be required to submit to a polygraph examination as
a condition to the payment of the prize. PC Pitstop LLC. or OddsOn
Promotions both have the right to demand this examination.
Current or former
employees of PC Pitstop LLC., family members of PC Pitstop LLC., and PC Pitstop
LLC. agents, successors, assignees or its promotional agencies are INELIGIBLE
to participate.
